Anyway to "Get rid of" Myron
without getting the childkiller trait?

I believe so, I haven't tested it ingame but its on the wiki... even then I dont want to shoot a teen...

You can have a companion with you, attack myron, and have your companion finish him off.

Also im pretty sure you need to kill 3 (i think it's 2 in fallout 2) children before the people in the wasteland react to you as a child killer (even though you get the perk for killing only 1).

You can always just rush Navarro and have myron get killed by the turrets, or if you get him far enough, he will surely die in the Oil Rig on the electric floor parts, as long as you dont give him power armour.

Also if you go to the sierra army depot, you can put him in the brain extracting room, and extract his brain, thus killing him.
