Alt+tab invisible window fix

hello. after reading that the main fix for the alt+tab issue was to use windowed mode, or diddling around with task manager, i decided that was a cope, and found a proper fix for this issue, as well as others you may experience. https://www.gog.com/forum/fallout_series/fallout_2_terrible_slowdowns_on_windows_10
the main fix for the alt+tab issue for me was to find ddraw.ini in the fallout 2 directory, and enable directx9. i hope this helps.

I use 8 bit mode because using any other setting causes the game to become super laggy on my computer.
