How to Get Out of Bishops top floor

I went to go sleep with Mr. Bishops wife so I could steal from the safe, but now I cant leave (even if I don't steal from them) because Mr. bishop blocks the only exit. How do I get out from the top floor without killing people?

Have you talked to Bishop before ? Have you ask for another job ?
If so you will have no problem with sleeping whith his wife and daugther

Oh thats it then, I have never spoken to him before. On that note, how do I? I cant get up the stairs to his area

Oh you're dead meat then
To speak with him there is a suspicious guy at Vault City (in the city not the poor street) try to talk him and he will give you job, that job consist to bring something to Bishop.

I insist on suspicious and since you're at Reno I assume that you know what Bishop "does" so dont ask to much question and you will be fine.

If you're still stuck, you can try sneaking out if your sneak is high enough. That"s what I usually do if I end up sleeping with Angela or Mr. Bishop's wife but don't want to work for the Bishops or kill everyone in the casino.

Just doing a playthrew and slept with the wife , escaped by putting bomb on safe door when it blows up first guard checks it then sneak 15 allowed me to walk past the last 4 people . but then I banged the daughter too and the safe didn't exploded for same distraction so I killed them all. fallout is the best

You can go into combat mode and just walk past them and down the stairs.
