Bloodpatch for the german version?

I got the german version of fallout 2 and there is a big problem, if you wanna enter the west side of klamath the game crashes, the only way to fix it is to put the violence level to minimal or off, or to install an inoffical bloodpatch the problem is that everybody uses the same link for the bloodpatch but the website is down. I don't wanna play it on the minimal violence level so is there a second download link for the bloodpatch?
