Marcus pls.
How do I recruit Marcus, I completed "Find the missing people", and "Fix the air purifier". But I still can't recruit him. I have no other Companions.

Well, there are more quest at broken hills, tips -> Talk to all the ghouls. And if i remember correctly, you must have positive karma.

well, try to make all the quests from broken hills. If there is more quest to do, he should say something along the lines " Nahh there is still more to do here for my people" or something like that

there are 3 or 4 flags for him to consider town is safe. You need to clear all the important stuff like:All of his request
Jailing caravan guy
Finding missing people
Fixing air thingy
Revealing plot of Jacob to murder every non-human
Dealing with Francis without killing him

Also, no beserker, no child killer and no slaver title.

What is your Charisma statistic, by the way? Also, IN 4 or above is required to access his quests.
