lockpick skill on first door not working
Hey, so I just got this game and I've tried picking the lock on the first door of the first damn level over and over again and every time he looks like he's doing something, then nothing happens. I don't even get a "you failed to pick the lock" message. I've recreated characters half a dozen times now and at one point had his lockpick skill up at 61% and nothing worked. At this point I'm just assuming I have a bugged game. Please advise.

Which lock are you trying to pick? Where is the lock you attempt to pick?

If you have no message then you doing something wrong.

The easiest way to access lockpick is by pressing 2 on your keyboard THEN when the icon is a cross-hair use on the doors . If you press F1 you can see all the shortcuts and information you will need.

Also the first door in the temple(tutorial village) you can open even with negative lockpick skill

If this is a Temple, then try to blow up the door. There is should an explosive in a pot

I am having the same issue, no message popping up when using the lockpicking skill but the character does the animation. using other skills like trap and repair display messages when the character finishes the animation

Every time I have had this happen is when I was trying to use a mod. I think mega mod did that to me every damn time for some reason.
