Enclave Oil Rig Computer Console
Alright, so I'm at the area where you fight Frank Horrigan and I can't log on the computer console. I have the presidential key for it doesn't give me any option for it.

You may have to try different logons before it will come up. Also I think using the key on the computer help.

I used the key and it didn't give me any log ons.
I just used Falche 2 and gave my character a 100 Science points and that fixed it. It would've been impossible if I hadn't since I would of been attacked by the Enclave, Turrets, and Frank.

Guess you need Science after all, it's also good when you're in the Sierra Army Depot.

Yeah, but its impossible if you have low speech skill and low science. I plan to do it again when I finish the other games for the Fallout Marathon, or just go back to it after Fallout 3 than do New Vegas after.
