Find out how Becky can sell her booze for such low prices

I cannot start the quest for some reason. I bought a drink from Becky, but I don't have the option to ask the Hole's owner why his price are higher. Can anyone help? I'm playing the Restoration Project.

i think you have to buy a drink through the dialog options becky has, after you buy like 5 or 10 or something you can ask her about how she gets her booze, then you can report back to the dude, i might be off on that, its been a long time, so maybe save before trying so you dont waste your money

Already tried, sadly it didn't work.

I can confirm it does... you need to buy booze only by dialogue (each time this happens, you can see "you lost 1 perception" in the message log. Once you hit a magic number (usually 5+) of drinking, she will tell you.

You need to keep asking for the info, gest denied, drink booze instead, ask info, get denied, until she loosens on you.
Just don't use the "barter" to buy.

Next step, you can talk out the other bar guy to buy alchool from Becky. (tip: savescum the dialog until he agrees, works with 20% speech)

Like I said, already tried and it didn't work. I only have 5 intelligence, may be I'm too dumb to get the quest.
