Enemies getting more than one turn in a row.
what does this have to do with? More often I began to encounter the fact that my character seemed to miss a move, giving the enemy the opportunity to make his move twice in a row. This is not observed with companions; they have time to make their move.

It's the Sequence stat and the way the first turn(surprise turn) works. Here's an example of why it can seem like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...

1. You start combat and punch the bouncer. (surprise turn)
2. Bouncer shrugs it off and starts bashing your face.
(Turns are now ordered by Sequence)
3. Bouncer continues to bash your face because your Sequence is lower from drinking.
4. You hear Ron Perlman's voice...

You can kinda cheat and use booze on enemies before a fight starts to give yourself an edge. Also using healing powder during a fight can sometimes screw you on the sequence list.

Thanks for the information! But it’s strange that this happens without any effect from the drug, it just happens when a whole group of mercenaries attacks me and this happens only after a couple of my moves. I thought it might be a bug sometime, my companions behave normally and never miss a turn

Sorry, the booze was just an example of something that can effect a character's Sequence.

Sequence is governed by Perception, but it can be permanently increased with the Kamikaze trait and the Earlier Sequence Perk, or temporarily increased or decreased with certain drugs.

If i use my example again but without the booze...
1. You start combat and punch the bouncer. (surprise turn)
2. Bouncer shrugs it off and starts bashing your face.
(Turns are now ordered by Sequence)
3. Bouncer continues to bash your face because he naturally has higher Perception(Sequence) because that's an important stat for a bouncer.

---
An example of you getting double turns would go like this...
1. Gecko starts combat and rushes towards you. (surprise turn)
2. You react and stab it with your spear.
(Turns are now ordered by Sequence)
3. You get another turn because your Sequence is the highest.

Now everything is clear, thank you very much! I made a build purely for fist fighting and considered it unnecessary perception and left it at 2 points, since I had previously played a sniper build where this perception was very important, I decided that fist fighting was not needed at all, but as it turned out, I underestimated this parameter. :D
