Best place to buy energy ammo?
Does anyone know the best place to buy small energy cells and microfusion cells?

Either eldridge at new reno arms or Mai da chiang at Red 888 guns in san francisco

basically the farther towns - NCR, New Reno - get more inventory if you are a made man, San Francisco has everything but difficult to get there without outdoorsman/save scumming/being high level

If you're up north, Smitty in the Den has microfusion cells about half the time.
