If you want to play a morally acceptable character, only Wrights are SOMEWHAT passable. And no, you can't be a mafioso for more than one family.
As for Ms. Bishop, she does not give a ♥♥♥♥ if you kill her hubby. I railed her in a bedroom with his smoking corpse next door.

Aside from getting a free car upgrade and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mrs bishop without turning mr bishop hostile, what are the other benefits of joining the bishops?

Nothing special. You can ♥♥♥♥ an extra hidden reward out of Ms. Bishop if you're good in bed, but no need to join them for that.

You cannot be part of the Bishop family in F2. Even if we complete quests for Mr. Bishop, he won't accept us. You can only join Mordino, Salvatore and Wright.

That's incorrect, you can be a BIshop made man. It's a bit finnicky as it's pretty easy to do something he will show you the middle finger for, but you can.

You could. I just delivered it, personally, and then betrayed them on later assignments. I didn't mind being a courier, but I drew the line at murder for them.
