Why would giving Gordon's holodisk be bad? The Brain really wants them to be together again...however, it may all also have to do with the Karma level.

Vault City could use the info for just their benefit and wipe out or enslave the population and run the plant themselves. Harold gets mad at you for potentially putting the town at risk, if you tell him about it.

That sounds concerning, good thing I'm using the unofficial patch (and Restorarion Project) after picking the Trilogy up from GOG.com when they were announced free-of-charge for a limited amount of time...problems like this one should no one have to put up with!

What I'm saying is, I've never had this problem because I did not play FO2 1.02 as-it-is...the thing that I also am a GOOD person, rather than someone like you, who's known in-game as a Berserker.
