the vendors dont offer rad away, i am in klamath and have the option to go to the den. are there vendors for radiation or should i reload? when will radiation start to permanently decrease my stats? the pain is real
btw which stats are affected? are there alternatives for getting rid of radiation status? (i tried doctor skill and a bath with jenny but it didnt work )
on my way to the den i got 3!!! encounters and got a level up so i went back to klamath were i finally got a radaway... now am addicted

It's normal to be a bit radiated. And the effects aren't permanent, you can fully recover with enough radaway or by getting treated at certain doctors. The addiction isn't a big deal, just spend a week travelling the world map or resting.

i read in the manual (on page 53) that radiation causes some permanent debuffs to my stats :O maybe it has been patched out later?

no all i did was
1st radiation: fighting geckos in toxic caves, with special boots
2nd radiation fighting geckos on my way to the distillery from whiskey bob
so i guess i got radiated by the geckos biting me?

Yes. Golden gecos will iradiate you. Its not too impacting and its normal. Most likely you have grown a 6th toe (yes its a thing). I wouldnt worry about it too much.

As long as you don't cure or lower your radiation level some of your stats are decreased. If your radiation level is high enough you die.

You can check your radiation level with a Geiger counter. Everything below 150 is ok.

hey, why didnt sullik join me back in klamath? i solved all quests and he didnt join me, at first i thought it is because i have a charisma of 1 but now i checked the wiki and it said "Pay his $350 debt, save Smiley from the toxic caves or Torr after Rustle the brahmin. Will not join childkiller." well i wasnt a childkiller back then and i solved all quests, could it be that the wiki isnt complete? (after all these years?)
same with vic... he wont join... i also installed the RP mod, maybe it has something to do with it?
