how do i rest? :O

hi, i just started the game and used a healing powder in the tutorial dungeon and lost 1 perception point, i tried to use a bed in the village to rest until my stats go back to normal but i cant rest there, i tried first aid and doctor skill but in vain, how do i get the point back?

you have to use your pipboy

press Z to open up the resting option

thx guys, i didnt had a pipboy back then, now i got one and i am able to rest

You could also've tried seeing the Help menu assigned to the F1 key, I looked at it myself because I wasn't sure about the backpack icon being for "Use __ on #"
