Report a translation problem
Right click on the game in your Steam Library and select Properties. At the bottom of the General tab is the Launch Options.
Type in this:
"YOUR PATH\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Fallout 2\fallout2.exe" %command%
Obviously you'll need to replace YOUR PATH, with the correct drive and directory of your system.
But if you are having problems with the HD version of the game, you could also just try using the drop down menu in the Launch Options and select the option to "Play Classic Version"
