Toxic Caves Not Showing up

I've already gone past getting the Smiley quest from Ardin Buckner. However, I now don't have the location of the caves on my map and just wandering around the general area doesn't show them.
This is the first time I've ever seen this happen. Any ideas how to get the caves back, or otherwise find them?
