Report a translation problem
1. Fallout 2 Classic in GOG has Mac version. Could be a problem with latest MacOS versions.
2. You can try Crossover/wine to install Win application under MacOS.
3. You can try Parallels
4. You can install windows as second OS via MacOS bootcamp.
Not sure if it's still available now that Deck is a thing.
Wine may not help if you cannot run 32 bit apps. Anyways 2 choices, dual boot with linux, or with an older version macos; mojave was the last to support it. Then use proton/wine. Classic Fallout doesn't have drm on here so don't worry about that.
Maybe contact steam support and yell at them to make proton for macs too. That's not an immediate solution tho. No idea how well wine works on mac, but I know it exists on it. I guess you could dual boot with windows too, if your a degenerate.
Oh, btw, its on sale on gog right now. GOG apparently had a mac version, but bethesda pulled it from sale? Go figure. I'd still try buying it off gog. Wine might work better anyways.
