Enclave stealth?

Is there any way to enter the second room in the Enclave base without my whole squad getting obliterated by the turret and alerting every guard in the room?

Leave any squad member not in power armor behind. Or increase your stealth to the point enemies don't detect you when you sneak by.

That did nothing, I'm still getting shot by the turret. My whole squad is wearing T-51B power armor. Am I only allowed to have companions where the sprite has the helmet on?

That's not the standard issued power armor for the Enclave...

Turns out i'm a liar just re-tested it and they get shot on sight no matter the armor their wearing.

That shouldn't be the case. I've gone through Navarro multiple times with companions who have power armor. (You must also have power armor). Never been attacked

I got a second Enclave Power Armor later, still did nothing.

Not Navarro, the Enclave base on the Oil Rig.

Ended up just doing the whole area on my own, two of my companions got shot by Horrigan later anyway.

Not Navarro, the Enclave base on the Oil Rig.

Ooh. Okay. Yeah I think you can't have any companions with you period to do the non combat way through. I vaguely remember leaving my companions at the entrance, and they are present during the fight with Horrigan at the end.

There are Enclave soldiers on the oil rig wearing t51, and it does work as a disguise I've done it before
