Probably, it's very hard to do it, but if you spend a LOT of time then yes

You can do everything in the game several times over (which takes 2-3 years to do everything) before you got that far.

I heard a tip about resting 24 hours, then healing with First Aid and Doctor, then rinse repeat.

Nope the game suddenly stops and a picture of a destroyed city pops up with "The End" written on it. You can watch it on youtube if you are curious.

No, my super slow run in which i was super slow, didn't even hit half the time. I don't think you can hit 6 years and play nearly normal.

But you should rest only for a few hours, then try some first aid skills on you. These skills are free to use and don't cost anything. They only have a cooldown. Using them heals you faster and gives some exp

just, like, use your doctor skill a bunch

either way you can do everything in the game and only hit like 3 years w/o the car.
