How do I enter NCR?

Not sure what you're having trouble with. NCR is at the bottom of the map, and doesn't have any requirement to get inside. They may not let you in if you're evil, though. If you're looking for a way to get there, I usually wait for a caravan run in Redding... though you could just run, but you'll most likely get jumped and killed. You'll want to save every few travel blocks.

Need more info. Are you at NCR and they won't let you in? You need to put your weapons away as well as any companions.

NCR is bottom center of the map, so from arroyo go to Klamath then Travel SE. If You know where New Reno is Go straight south from Reno Then roughly 5 blocks east.
OR go Straight South from Broken hills and head one block West

Use the Force, ahem, Internet. Just look at the full reveal map, if you want to get there.
Or go with caravan from Broken hills.
