You only need about 7 STR since power armor and the Stat enhance surgery will then boost it to 10 late game.
High endurance for the HP this should probally be your second highest stat.
Charisma really isn't needed unless you really want companions, you need 2 points per companion (rounded down so if you have CHR of 3 you get one companion CHR 4 = 2 companions).
INT really depends on how hard you want to make the game if you have INT less then 4 you're basically locked out of all quests and companions, and you get less skill points.
Perception is mainly used for Guns/certain stat checks (like traps) so take as much out of this as you want.
Luck: Useful early game for your aimed critical and dodges and thats about it.
Sex:
Female
Traits :
- Gifted and Kamikaze (For a lot of Sequence and get 2 turns at the beginning)
- Gifted and Sex Appeal (Bonus Discount very early on + 6 Charisma makes everything cheap)
- Gifted and Fast Shot (Mainly for grenades and my favorite way to play unarmed builds actually)
- Gifted and One Hander (Better accuracy in general, usefull for headshots)
- Gifted and Bloddy Mess (If you want to roleplay Kenshiro)
Gifted is needed for the 40 Unarmed skills with 4 Strength and 6 Agility and getting the most ouf Lucas buff in Arroyo.
I usually do non Gifted playthroughs but the best I recommend is 3 Strength and 6 Agility since you get 48 Unarmed going lower than 3 Strength or 6 Agility, its possible but the game is just not fun.
Tag :
- Science (76% at minimum for Myron's Super Stims)

L:6 (All you need for better criticals but you can also save scum to get the +2 Luck at NCR so 4 can be good too, either put the points in Endurance or Charisma)

Lvl 12 : Action Boy x2

Early game :
Sneak everything in the temple of trial, steal the key from Cameron. Steal as much stuff you can or just farm XP with the friendly Gecko until you hit level 3 by pickpocketing it. Keep the points you have and dont spend you perk rn. Travel in Klamath, again steal everything pick locks on every locked doors, steal the molotov cocktail from the bum, steal the Scout Manual from the kid in Trapper Town then take all the Gecko skins in the house in the west of the map. Read the manual then pump all your points in Outdoorman (up to 94%). Dont talk to the Boxer coach for now.
Fallout 2 can be easily broke especially at the Den, you can have free guns (by killing Flick), armor (killing Flick for a leather armor or getting a Metal Armor with a female character named Buffy or getting a Metal Armor for free in Vault City by stealing it) and exp (Slave hunt, farming random encounters or killing Metzger and freeing Vic and the slaves or even doing all 3 can get you easily to level 10) quite early on. Avoid being a Slaver for now, but keep Metzger alive you will need him.
What I recommend to seasoned players is to actually stay a bit more in the Den, save some money by either slave runs, looting from the slave runs or the loot you get by killing the slave guild and selling all the Gecko skins you get in Klamath for free. With this money save up on Jet, Buffout and Psycho (about 50 Jets, 30 Buffouts and 15 Psycho will carry you until Horrigan but until you get to Reno and SF I suggest you go ut of the Den with 25 Jets, 10 Buffouts and 7 Psycho at least its about around $10k but if you're an unarmed character you will be swimming in money anyway) you either save scum if you get addicted or keep things fun and keep the Jet addiction (it is isnt that bad, you just need to take a Jet every 2 days and its very cheap and OP when used correctly 14 AP in combat + Bonus Move perks can trivalise the game).
Go to Vault City, get the free armor if you didnt had it, do the power plant quest, take the car battery then travel to Broken Hills. Get the Power Fist, travel to New Reno buy the voice modulator and help the Wright until they give you the Sierra Army Depot map, get to Vault 13 and get the the Mariposa Base on your map. At the Mariposa Base read the map to get the coordinate to San Francisco. Get trained by Lo Pan 4 times first, but you have to be a slaver first with -250 karma then get that karma up by killing every bad characters you meet and refusing rewards up to 250. Get training 4 times from the Dragon and then get Sullivan's training back in Klamath and the training from the bunching bags in the Sierra Army Depot. You will get about 140% Unarmed without putting a single point this way.
However if a hostile gecko is near a friendly gecko it will attack you and the friendly gecko will join in. So basically you just walk near one if it doesn't attack walk to the next closest one and make sure it's not a hostile one. If it is kite it away from the friendly one and kill it seperatly.
If you want some free accuracy one of your traits should be the One-hander. It will provide a +20% accuracy to all 1 handed attacks. It comes with the -40% 2 handed attack penalty though. So basically its all benefits and no penalties for a hand to hand character.
