The Den scum? Best way to deal with them is a punch to the face. This will make them think twice before stealing from you again.

It does. When you return to orphanage properly, no one kids are at those buildings.

Best way is just to punch one of them, if you do, they'll run away from you whenever they'll see you and the game lets you punch them without killing to not be a child killer

I always loved to punch one and have Sulik attack, then I end combat and he'd still be attacking, kill all them snot nosed brats and no child killer trait. Least that used to work, don't know about now though.

That never worked. If your companions kill children, it still counts as you killing children, and always has. You don't get the child killer perk until you kill 3 of them though.

Your pickpocked items show up at a local store and you can easily rob the store blind.
