Lo Pan bug in SF

I was talking to lo pan and was bored so i told him to fight me and said i would be fighting with armor since i was bored. For some reason the fight didnt immediately start and i could still talk to him so i thought picking that would just mean that either i'd have to start the battle or nothing would happen. So i saved and chose the ring fighting option and died.
When i reloaded and moved to the door the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ attacked me and i had to kill him. Now i can kill every guard in the city since i have sulik with power armor with me but i get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of lost karma for this.
Anyways, since im ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dumb and the last save i have is before i stole the vertibird plans can someone help me out here? Maybe theres some way to cheese him in unarmed or something, i have 60 skill points and around 70 in unarmed
