When does Shady Sands appear in FO2?

I'm saving Fallout 2 for when I have time for a full run, but is there any chance Shady Sands appears at the very beginning of the game? I'm doing a lore video of Shady Sands and I'd love to include some footage of FO2 Shady Sands after it has become the beginning of NCR.

Shady Sands appears later in the game when you are looking for Vault 13. You can just go there though if you just travel to the southern part of the map.

Thanks alot, I looked up a FAQ and sill wasn't sure, but I've since read the coordinates are like 29 squares away from the start, so I'll have a look sometime soon.

Thanks! Yeah, the project is on the birth of the new california republic. When I've got time I'll have to track down those darn NCR NPCs in New Vegas for their Shady Sands comments.

Shady sands = NCR, they have come a long way from a simple small village >:P

Yeah, I think Shady Sands is really interesting. The fact that multiple factions came from the original vault inhabitants is interesting.

You mean EPA right? I'm assuming you're using restoration project mod then.
To find it you first need to recruit Myron and then threaten to kick him out of party, he will tell you where the place is located.

You are right, i am playing restoration project and all the stuff added is good to me. Oh its called EPA, thx for correction. I did exactly how in your spoiler, thats why i know it
