LOST THE FOB

So i started playing on my old 3 y o character since i decided to finnish the game.

But now after playing and clearing all quests i realized ive lost the FOB key to the tanker somehow. Is there anyway to summon the item or tp to the oilrig?

There is a save game editor.

One thing I read is you can press (alt or cntrl) + R to load a map. Supposedly it puts you on the selected map but I have not tried it.

U can always download Character editor for fo2 and add it to inventory.

I read that you can't spawn quest items on Character editor

It can be found using F2se (Fallout 2 save editor).

Make sure you have a misc item in your inventory. Like a lighter, radio or something.
When you click the 'misc item' and the 'change' button, the 'Tanker FOB' is at the bottom of the list.

If that does not work for you, I can make a file that has the FOB and you could go pick it up at, lets say, the toxic caves in a locker.

Depends on what your talking about. I gave two options.

Using the Save editor, there are 2 things you can do(to my knowledge):

1. Change(or add) the FOB to your inventory. I currently don't have it installed, so I can't tell what item it is. Should be in there though. Pick up a rock or some garbage item to change it if you really can't stand to lose (in)valuable loot. Although if I recall correctly, you should be able to just add an item without having to change items. Again, I don't have it installed on this computer and I'm too lazy to look at the comp with it.

2. Delete/replace the map of the area with the item you intend to get. In this case it would be something along the lines of NAVARRO.map. Deleting it via the save editor will allow you to re-enter the area and grab the item(along with other loot).
