FOnline Reloaded is more true to the originals.
FOnline 2 is a more 'MMO heavy' take on the series.
FOnline Reloaded is more of an RPG with MMO elements and FOnline 2 is more of an MMO with RPG elements... There are a few gameplay differences between the two. For example, if you die in FOnline 2 you lose anything you were carrying and must return to base to resupply... In FOnline Reloaded you keep your gear (I think you may lose some caps tho, not sure.) Because of this, gear in FOnline 2 is a lot more common, your guns and gear are disposible.
FOnline 2 averages more players and is probably easier to get into..... check the sever status and player stats here:
