Desperado Basement

Ok, a little foreplay.
I have traveled between v 15 and v 13 and vault city and new reno like 12 times (basically running like a whole half year because of all the stupid missing pieces) and im tired. tired of doing this bull.
The one thing I need to nip this in the butt according to wiki is a crowbar. a god danged crowbar. fast foward to me coming back to reno for the 5th time. Desperado's got a neat and tidy crowbar in the basement. but lo and behold, the very thing that's making me do all this stupid traveling is another god danged locked door.

flash back
Back in f1, I got by and beat the game with around 16% lockpick and maybe 20% stealing.
Fastforward
f2, Locked doors. locked doors everywhere. lots of jamming (not really but eh) and lots of failing

tell me what I need to do to get desparado's basement doors open. Who do I need to talk to? Is there a key?

Note: I already tried to molotovs on the door, an explosive from that cop Jack, and snap kicking it. none worked. realized they are rusty metal doors

Easy, level up and put your points in your lockpicking skill, also use lockpicks, you can find basic one in Gecko Junkyard in the lockers and they will add +20% skill when used, there is no key for that door.

didnt work, that and leveling up takes time. I've already just went ahead and haggled Eldridge down and did vault 13, no thanks to devs on jet 20 years ago.
