If i want to go to the Westside of Klamath the Game crashes :(.

Has anyone an idea?

Have you used unofficial fallout 2 patch? If not I would recommend you to use it, it's possible the patch render your save unusable though and you have to start again.

You could also just try to reinstall the game and see if that helps. I would still recommend using the patch or even Restoration project.

i have the same problem. every time i enter westside of klamath the game shuts down due to a memory error. tried the unofficial patch, tried reinstalling, tried both german and english versions. still the same. I could skip klamath but iam afraid the same just happens later in the game and then im screwed. Any ideas ?

Habs gefunden. Nach deiner Nachricht hab ich nochmal gegooglet. Wir benötigen den Bloodpatch. Jetzt funzt es.

I googled again and i found that the bloodpatch is required for everybody who got the cut version.

Diese frage wurde schon von so vielen leuten gestellt, praktisch immer von Deutschen. Wird Zeit das mal ne uncut Version auf Steam veröffentlicht wird

Also ich zocke gaaanz selten immer mal wieder die Reihe durch. Und habe das Problem wieder sogar wieder in 2021 und die "einfachste" genannte Lösung funzt bei mir nicht. Grad der Gewalt auf "Minimal" oder "Keine". Immer crashed es wenn ich in den Westen von Klamath zum Roboter soll.

Edit: Blutpatch (siehe Link zuvor) runtergeladen. Funktioniert. Zwar ist meine Auflösung runter aber egal. Es scheint mir es liegt am schwarzen Blut des Roboters.

PS: Der Blutpatch fügt auch die Sprites für Kinder ein, da die auch in der deutschen Version "unsichtbar" sind. Kommt für den Armen Johnny zu spät, aber noch rechtzeitig für die Kinder von Klamath.
