I want to get the ending where... (Spoilers)

The ghouls of Gecko recolonize a destroy Vault City. I find Vault City a bunch of ♥♥♥♥♥ and want them to get their come-uppance, and I fixed the Gecko power plant, but I'm not certain whether I have to kill everybody or just turn Vault City hostile. That's because I have Vic with me, and I don't want to kill his daughter...

So all I have to do is kill one person in Vault City to get the "slaughtered Vault City" ending?

Seems turning VC to hostile is enough since you already fixed the plant.

Alright, cool, just wanted to be sure. I really dislike Vault City for being a complete cesspool, but I don't want to upset Vic. The old fart's a cool dude.

Vic also gets an energy weapons skill of 195.hes an extremely valuable companion. Hell also repair things for you
