Cant refuel my car

Title says it all i cant refuel my car some reason i have plenty of micro fusion cells and when i press the backpack icon on the engine click the cells and then the character runs pack into the cars inventory for some reason or goes inside the car can some help me like what do i have to do fix this ?

That is how you're supposed to refuel, small energy cells work too, I always use packback icon on the car roof though. I used to have this same problem too but it was only because my mouse had double clicking issues and it clicked car second time.

You must equip the ring.

Aim at car, hold right click, go for inventory, use cells.
