Missing Race from the Character Creation UI
I just installed for the 1st time today. I seem to be missing the 'race' panel in the UI character creation. I tried a few different resolutions and tried each of the preceding options (character create, modify, take). I am completely unable to physically edit the looks of my character. Is it not available in the version I have or is there something wrong?

There is no race panel, you're either a white male or white woman

I've seen several videos of the 'race' panel which also has a 'style' panel where you can edit your appearance. MetalCanyon channel on Youtube at 3:39 shows this panel. The title of the video is Let's Play Fallout 2 (part 1 - Chosen One). Maybe they have a patch or a mod or something?

Restoration project guys were trying to add a black dude to be playable character but it never got finished I think and only 'race' selection was left on top of your character without anyway to actually change anything.

Unfortunatly, unlike games with switchable textures on 3d models, with this game you have to copy and edit each and every sprite armor/weapon combination facing each direction.

It at least adds some new styles for your sprites, redhead and blonde for girls and bald for men.
