Should I become a slaver?
I dont have enough money at the moment to set vic free so i am wondering if enslaving people would help

Kill all of them and then sell their weapons. You'll get money and everyone will thank you, lol.

Edit: btw, if you're going to kill them first complete all Lara missions.

If you join the slavers, many people will hate you for it and a lot of quests will be closed off to that character. Like ^ he said, you can kill the slavers if you feel equipped to do so. I personally resorted to stealing. You can also talk to people around town; some of them offer quests that reward money. You can also head to the next town over, Modoc, and then head to the "ghost farm" to the northeast. Fall for the obvious trap; the inhabitants will let you go as long as you don't say anything stupid. Then you can steal all the ammo they're keeping on some unguarded book shelves and sell them for mad caps.

Ok, but I got to a random point and forgot what I was supposed to do (I think it was after I went to that curch) With the Lara quests

You should be able to use the pip boy and see what quests you have going and what your next step should be.

As to the Slaver question, you get tattooed with Slaver on your head and yeah... very borky game after that.

Don't expect certain towns to greet you with open arms, slavers are only popular in one location besides the Den... I can't explain without spoiling the experience.
If you intend to replay the game a lot, with different builds, you should definitely try it and stick to the role, but if were only planning one play-through it's not going to be a happy one, even though it can be quite fun.
