kill new reno arms?
I did this last game and i cant see why would you NOT kill the seller

because he restocks his arsenal so you can continuousely refresh your ammunition and buy weapons.

also he offers weapon mods like enhanced ammunition capacity, scope for greater accuracy, etc.

If you kill him, you can go to his basement, where is a stupid man (dunno name now), who does all the upgrades for free.

It's not necessary to kill Eldridge, try checking the back door of the building.
