2. Play as you would modern Far Cry, just without healing or vehicles

1. Mods have no downsides, in Payday 2 you had to chose a mod that would fit your play style as they had downsides, silenced which would be harder to conceal but doesn't alert everyone when you shoot
2. Well you don't have to play it like Far Cry, just COD
3. You don't have to suck off good guys, you can do it the other way around
4. Nuff said
5. If you didn't invest in a sniper build you would die easily after a few levels

With 1, 2 and NV they had build diversity, which meant that you could replay it with a different build, like a melee weapons build or even a BB gun build.
Choosing a weapon mod in 4 is easy, just scroll to the bottom and choose the bottom one because it's the best, you could argue that New Vegas has mods for weapons and for each weapon the mods make it better and there isn't multiple mods you can add on let's say a varmint rifle's iron sights, but in NV weapon mods can only be bought from merchants and vendors and they are often expensive

Why do you find it bad, and don't say graphics because they don't matter and gameplay because gameplay (fighting) doesn't affect how many choices you get in a RPG
