water chip

i can not find the water chip in vault 15 i have searched from the entrance to the command center and have not seen one trace of it. can some one tell me how to find it

Yeah it's real simple actually, I can usually have the water chip found and installed in about a month of game time. Go to Necropolis, and enter the sewers at any grate. Eventually a ghoul will tell you not to shoot, and will ask you to fix the water pump, he will give you directions to the "Water Shed". From there follow his directions for the most part, and soon you will work your way down another sewer grate into a vault filled with glowing ghouls, at the lowest level you can find the chip on the east side computer. i couldnt enjoy the game without being able too get the water chip

Doesn't it specifically say while exploring the vault that a spare water chip isn't there? I seem to remember that happening to me.

Yeah, I'll just become detecive Cole Felps, and get out my handy dandy Wasteland Survival Guide notebook with my handy dandy wasteland pen, and mark where I'm supposed to go. Really this game pretty much trains you to NEVER need quest markers again. Its a fairly challenging game in my opinion.
