Bust the Skulz
How do you convince Sherry to leave the Skulz? The only speech options I got were ones like, "Maybe they aren't the best for you, you should think about leaving." I heard I'm supposed to come back and get a dialog about making her confess, but I haven't gotten it yet.

i think you need a high speech skill if you dont you cant bust the skulz that way

I think maybe speech skill isn't the key. I think, I've never really payed attention to it (and always tag speech) so can't say for sure, but the way I opened up the dialogue was by talking to the Skullz leader and asking to join them. He will ask you to perform a task for him and once you have done that you should (hopefully) get more dialogue options (if i remember correctly you gain the choice to join Skullz or bust Skullz)...

theres 2 ways one way is the way you just said the other way is the girl out side with speech she will leave and after a week or so shes turns them in

^ Oh! I always convinced her to leave before I bust the Skulz... I thought that was part of the quest line so I didn't realise I could just convince her to leave (and have her confess a week later) without having to speak with the Skulz leader.

Maybe that's what I need to do, wait a week. Because I think I've only waited a few days.
