Wow... my luck was raised by 2 points? How?
I didn't check my stats for a long time, and now I just noticed my luck. I was 6 before, now it's 8, and it's not because of mentats.

I once saw a monk who have me a permanent +1 to Charisma, but why did my luck change?

The Charisma is from Patrick the Celt, right? I think Chuck the gypsy in Adytum gave ya a Luck point.

I also found it funny that I just got the Power Armor, and users said it would raise my STR from 6 to 10, and it's only 9 now.

Power Armour is +3 Str. A lot of users don't know what they are talking about.
