I need some more vault 15 help.

So, I'm in the third area of vault 15, and I see there's a door that's blocked by cave rocks. So, I'm thinking, is there any way to get past them? I know there's some dynamite in one area, but I can't find out how to use them without almost blowing myself and Ian up.

Nope. You should have gotten a notification in the lower left of your screen telling you that you need to look for the chip elsewhere.

Nothing. If I look on "status" it just says this for Vault 13: Find the water chip.

Edit: I talked to Aradesh about the water chip, and saved Tandi from the raiders. Maybe now it will work?

Go near the caved-in door to the Overseer's quarters, it works for me by 100%
