Anyway to make Hud Bigger? And scrolling with arrow keys
What the title says. I like having the 1920x1080 look, where I can see everything, but I can hardly see how many action points I have left on my hud because it's so small.

Second part of my questions: Is there a way to make it so when I hold down an arrow key, it moves the camera continually? As of now when you press an arrow key to move the camera, it only moves it probably 10 pixels instantly and stops (and before anyone says anything, I prefer using the arrow keys to work my camera in games like this and RTS's, rather than panning with the mouse)

First: There is no way to make the HUD bigger aside from extending the lower bar to the sides. You will need to lower the game's resolution if you want to the text better.

Second: Set IGNORE_PLAYER_SCROLL_LIMITS to 1 in F1_res.ini.

Try using the Scaling X2 option in the res launcher, someone in another post said it increases text/hud size. I've never tested it since I use default resolution.

Thanks for the camera fix (even though for some reason, it stops after it moves the camera for a quick second and then continues)

And I was using that Scaling x2 option before, and it did make the ghud a lot bigger, but it also reduced my view of the actual game by a ton.

Unfortunately your resolution is too high for this game or you have to have eyes like a hawk. Try one or two resolutions lower and maybe a 4:3 ratio instead of 16:9

I used 1280x1024 with the X2 setting activated and my graphics set to fixed aspect ratio (nvidia display adapter).

Also there is a possibility with the modded HD version to use windowed mode. However I'm not sure if steam uses the newest HD patch.

You can check for the Hi-Res patch there:
