In Necropolis, I can't find the watershed.

enter the city, open a manhole cover and go down in the sewer, there should be a part of the sewer that is not blocked by walls that will move you into the next section of the sewer. continue running from 1 section to the next until you are completely blocked by walls and there is only a ladder to continue. go up the ladder. it is the largest building in the area and has super mutants in it. hope I wrote in a understandable fashion. :)

I have tried that. there are no super mutants or , well, anything there.
