Can't use the elevator in Glow, Level 2.
I found the access card, but when I try to use it on the elevator door, it says 'That does nothing.' Does anyone have advice?
edit: if I try to lockpick it, it shocks me.

Iirc, you need to restore the power first before opening the evelator in level 2, their should be another elevator you can use and get to lower levels.

there should be a keycard you can use on the door to disable the shocking
