Can't use Aimed shot?

I have Kamikaze and Small frame so no quick shot but for some reason I cant use aimed shot. What am I missing?

Did you try right clic on the middle icon of the gun ?

Fella.You need to press right mouse button twice for it.If you have perk called "Fast shot" you cant do aimed shots.
