As my title said, Victor from Junktown randomly got hit for 200 points and died in Lobsjr's playthrough of Fallout 1 (he just uploaded this video today). That doesn't seem normal. It's been a long time since I've played Fallout 1, but I doubt that this was a scripted event. So how... and/or why did this happen?

Edit: Lobosjr's character has 2 intelligence btw. This is his first playthrough of Fallout 1 too. It sucks that he gimped his first playthrough with low int. This is not his first Fallout game though. He's played all of the others except Fallout 2 (which hopefully he plays next).
