Is it possible to kill the overseer in the vault?

Never tried it myself but I'm tempted to go down there and shoot him and find out but dont want to waste my time if it's impossible. I know he activates miniguns but so did the Master and I beat him.

No he's completely immune to damage when siting in his command chair in the vault. Unless you find a mod that changes it, Et tu and Fixit leave him unkillable.

long answer short no, spoiler answer -> unfortunately the only way to kill the over seer is if you have the bloody mess trait or really bad karma, and it only happens at the end of the game (and you still get kicked out, over seer really giving some major BS)
