Are certain items randomized or is my game just glitching out or something? (Vault 15 items not appearing)

I wanted to make sure I was getting everything so I looked at a guide for Vault 15, and 3 key items: the crowbar, the hunting rifle and the first aid book haven't appeared. I've searched every inch of that southwest bathroom, the rifle just isn't there. Then, in the command center 2 items aren't appearing in lockers: the crowbar and the first aid book. I've closed and reopened the lockers multiple times, I've made sure the items aren't in my inventory, they just aren't there.

I don't think there is a hunting rifle in the vault just some ammo for it.

There is a hunting rifle in Vault 15. It's just hard to see unless you put your mouse over it. It's in the Living Quarters floor. It's in this spot in one of the bathrooms: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1403227048

Be sure to move your mouse around the foor till it appears.

I found the 3 items, the guides I were reading lied to me and gave me the wrong location.
