Gun Runners will leave?

Thinking about doing the quest to kill the mother deathclaw, but I don't want the gunrunners to leave as they always sell me tons of rockets and ammo. I use TONS of ammo because I use heavy weapons but if they leave will they leave enough stuff behind for it to be worth it? Basically asking is it worth it to do the quest or not

If you've actually explored and talked to people, you should have a large number of things you can tell the gun runners to do if you kill the deathclaws.

I don't care about helping those poor skags, I want it all to my self. But looking up shows that the rewards are complete ♥♥♥♥ for helping them out.

Gun Runners leaving the Fortress? What have you been smoking? Xander root? They remain here no matter what. Doing this quest earns you a discount from them and ability to get free stuff yourself or arm the Blades.
