Mod to turn off the vault countdown timer to fix the chip?

I don't want to over mod so I like to play as close to vanilla as I can, thanks.

You can 'disable' the 'timer' by yourself if you explore the 'game' close enough. It's more like a exploration game on your own shoulders. Visit every green location on the map that you come across. Talk to everyone and search areas pixel by pixel, you might just come across it through some deep exploration. The PIP on the right side of your hud will display the days left before there won't be no watah. After you're done with the water chip, you're free for about 3 years sorta? Find the chip as soon as you can, then you'll have a bunch of time to spare for hours of playing.
