Alt tabbing causes the game to disappear

it doesnt crash or close it just vanish when i alt tab. the process is still running. but i cant get it back up. so damn annoying.

I notice the game disappears from my taskbar but I am able to switch back to it still by Alt-Tabbing.

yhea seems like it is some form of a crash, as steam no longer recognise that i am still in the game.

I had this too until i played around with the graphics settings,
so there is a solution to it ingame.
Cant recall exactly wich one right now, but theres not that many options, so try and win.

I found a solution. If you use ProcessExplorer instead of built-in task manager, you'll see that the falloutwHR.exe is still running. Right click on it, Window -> Bring to Front. Everytime you use the ALT+TAB, you can resume with this method.

I did that and I only get the sound, but no image :(

Oh nevermind, "bring to front" didnt work but "change to" seems to work
