High charisma & low int?

What effect does it have? Are people more, you know, kind with you or do they just treat you the same as if you had low charisma?

Int makes it so that you have more skill points to spend, and charisma makes it so that you can better convice people

Also your chacters becomes literally a reteard with inteligence lower than 4. Majority of dialogue options gets removed and ones that are left are changed to properly reflect state of mind of your protagonist.

There just arent many charisma checks in the game, maybe you can look up a list of all the times its used in dialogue but there arent many at all. Intelligence is used in literally every conversation.

Charisma is by far the weakest stat in F1. In F2, it's one of the strongest stats, with lots of handy benefits, but in F1, high charisma simply allows some special unmarked quests, a handful of alternate solutions to problems, and that's it,

Being an attractive idiot in fallout 2 does produce the kind of character you talk about. Females get taken advantage of for uhh, 'favors,' and males get taken advantage of to do very risky quests and jobs, as well as 'favors.'

I am playing Fallout 2 right now. Today I realized that having a 1 on any stat pretty much makes the game almost unplayable. I have a 1 Intelligent person with a 10 Charisma. I am telling you that your Charisma doesn't matter if your Intelligence is 1. People will refuse to speak to you, or you are not intelligent enough to talk to anyone. This means that most side quests are shut off to you. You will get interesting dialogue sometimes, but mostly it is people telling you to go away or just plain insult you.
