The mission glitched
Whenever I try to talk to the woman who is the leader of the Blades, she says "You ass! Now that Gun Runners are gone, we will never arm ourselves!". But actually the Gun Runners are still where they always were. On top of that, I killed the Deathclaws and when I speak to the leader of Gun Runners, he says they will be leaving in a few days but they mever leave. Whenever I check if they left, I find them there and I'm able to once again complete the mission and get 1000 EXP. Is there a way out of this cycle? Are these known glitches?
Note: Even before I killed the Deathclaws, the leader of Blades was still saying the same line to me.

Another Note: The game stutters incessantly during to period between me completing the mission and me leaving the area.

Go to Jon ZImmerman and talk to him, agree to help avenge his son.

But I don't wanna kill her. Or do you mean I should take the mission and then Not kill her?
